Here is some information I found online......

......if you are NOT asked you don&#039;t have to tell. In most states employers can ask about convictions but not arrests so if you are asked about your criminal record confine your answer to felony convictions and explain any extenuating circumstances.

don&#039;t introduce yourself as &quot;Convicted Felon Joe.&quot; If not asked, don&#039;t tell. If asked, tell them the circumstances around the arrest and why you are still a good person.
