Imagine my surprise this morning when I stepped outside to deposit my coffee grounds into the flower bed and discovered the grounds were completely wet, and it was still drizzling. Fortunately, I brought King Leo’s Kaleidoscope inside from the clothesline last night – after having finished, photographed and washed it. I also had the awesomely auspicious foresight to cover my food table, set up for Kings & Queens, with a painting tarp. My Zinnias are in full bloom and at least I will have some of my own flowers for my party.
