This past weekend was all about the Clash of the Titans, which I went to see on Saturday.

On Resurrection Day, I went down to Long Beach for a small reception hosted by Rula Lenska. I popped in my newly made salsa CD, rolled down the windows and found my joy on the drive down. I made another cheesecake for the occasion, but forgot to take a picture. Doh!

Today I was going to take my car in for an oil change, but but changed my mind for the rain; I made an appointment for tomorrow morning. For dinner, I decided to use the dutch oven mom received from a friend and made Succulent Braised Pork a la Melissa d’Arabian.
